Motivation Students will be introduce so that the three elements. The elements are straw, wooden sticks, in addition to brick. Each student will see in addition to touch in addition to the three elements in addition to discuss the different physical attributes they exhibit (rough, smooth, light, heavy, flexible, breakable, hard, etc). The teacher will ask students questions such as which element is lighter, stronger, in addition to not breakable. Lesson Procedure/Guides practice Teacher will read the story, ?The Three Little Pigs And The Big Bad Wolf?. Teacher will also present the story on the overhead projector in addition to follow the while reading it so that the students. Independent Practice Students will draw the important events of the story such as what happened in the beginning, middle, (identifying the problem), in addition to then drawing what happened at the end (finding a solution) of the story.
Evaluation/Extension Students will sequence the events in the order they happened. They will color in addition to cut out each picture square on their own in addition to paste them in order on a sentence strip. Students will also retell the story by using the sequencing activity.
